The foundation's purpose is to provide occupational pension benefits within the framework of the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVG) and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founding company (hereinafter referred to as the company) and for companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability. It may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum requirements. By decision of the foundation board, in agreement with the company, companies financially or economically closely related to the company may also be affiliated with the foundation. The rights of the existing beneficiaries must not be impaired as a result. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is the policyholder and beneficiary.
