The foundation aims to provide occupational pension benefits within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the Allianz Suisse Insurance Company's general agencies in Zurich, and for the employees of companies economically or financially closely linked to the founder company, as well as for the dependents and survivors of the employees against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability; it may also provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability, and unemployment.
