By resolution of the foundation board, in agreement with the company, enterprises that are closely economically or financially linked to the founding company can also be affiliated with the foundation. The rights of existing beneficiaries may not be impaired thereby. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts, in which it is itself the insured and the beneficiary.
