The company provides public services for children, adolescents, young adults or adults with child/children who require special encouragement and protection, in particular residential services (placement in an institution, individual support in a supervised apartment) based on a service contract in accordance with the cantonal law on special encouragement and protection services for children (LPEP). It may operate a compulsory school institution with the necessary authorizations and integration workshops. The company's profits are exclusively used to achieve its social purpose, which is why the distribution of dividends from the profit resulting from the balance sheet or the reserves established for this purpose (Art. 675 CO) are excluded. It may assume other tasks that are objectively close to its main field of activity. The company may establish branches, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or merge with such companies, acquire and dispose of real estate, securities, patents and other intellectual property rights, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
