The association aims to promote the town of Willisau as a regional economic center. This goal can be achieved through the following services, among others: taking over participations and shares in companies based in or with a clear connection to the town of Willisau, particularly in start-ups and in the context of succession arrangements; supporting companies in creating and maintaining jobs in the town of Willisau; granting loans to companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals who make a significant contribution to the economic development of the town of Willisau; supporting and promoting infrastructure projects of the town of Willisau to increase the attractiveness of the location; supporting the preservation of crafts and small businesses, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship for the benefit of the economy and society of the town of Willisau; supporting non-profit associations and foundations; acquiring and holding real estate in the Willisau region.
