The brokerage of petroleum products, particularly crude oil and related derivatives, gas, and renewable energies, both in Switzerland and abroad. The Company shall not engage in any activity subject to authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The Company may enter into all contracts and carry out all transactions suitable to promote its corporate purpose or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in other enterprises. The Company may acquire, hold, encumber, manage, and sell real estate in Switzerland (exclusively for commercial purposes) and abroad. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide guarantees of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of sureties, pledges, or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets or through personal or real guarantees of any kind, with or without consideration.
