The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the ecclesiastically defined parish of Galgenen and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making church buildings and other ecclesiastical properties available and by facilitating them through the corresponding income. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes, as far as possible, to the maintenance of the parish church and other ecclesiastical properties within the framework of ordinary administration. Specifically, the parish foundation, as a benefice, aims to support the income of the holder of the relevant church office, both in terms of personnel and material needs, through its income from the endowment, and to ensure, through the patronal obligation of the members of the Galgenen parish, that the office is filled. Within the framework of ordinary administration, it contributes to the remuneration of the clergy appointed to the church office associated with the foundation, or the parish administrator appointed by the diocesan bishop, during the term of their office, to the extent of its financial capabilities; complete purpose description according to the statutes.
