The purpose of the association is to provide outpatient nursing, care and domestic services in the home environment (Spitex) as well as to promote and professionally support caring relatives. The existing nursing services can be expanded by supplementary therapy services. The association is politically, denominationally and gender neutral. The association can join organizations that are compatible with the association's purpose, as well as acquire plots of land, properties or companies, provided that these are used for the operation of the association. The association operates a business managed in a commercial manner and is not profit-oriented. Any surpluses will be fully used to fulfill the association's purpose, namely to improve the quality of care, to further educate employees and to promote projects and initiatives in the health and nursing sector.
