The company's purpose (strictly in accordance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is:
a) To carry out all real estate operations, including the purchase, sale, development, enhancement, and management of all properties;
b) To study, design, plan, and execute, both for its own account and for third parties, projects in the real estate sector;
c) To engage in any activity in the construction sector, in particular, the realization and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all works, including as a general contractor or total contractor;
d) As an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as to take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or to third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
