The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) any commercial operation related to physiotherapy, sports, and performance, including but not limited to research, development, manufacturing, promotion (advertising, etc.), marketing in any form, export, and import; (ii) the provision of all goods and/or services related thereto to third parties, including home services; (iii) granting loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including, but not limited to, cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and/or indirect partners as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these partners; (iv) providing guarantees of any kind, whether paid or unpaid, and/or any other form of security, whether paid or unpaid, to one or more partners, to one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more partners, of one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or of one or more third parties.
