The company's purpose is the acquisition and administration of shareholdings, for its own account or for the account of third parties, as a representative or in a fiduciary capacity, in commercial, industrial, financial, or real estate enterprises, in Switzerland or abroad, through the purchase of shares, bonds, stakes, the holding of claims in any appropriate form, or through the acquisition of patents and trademarks, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to buy, sell, and manage all real estate, again except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with identical or analogous purposes, or merge with such enterprises, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if this promotes its interests.
