The cooperative aims to provide and make available affordable housing and affordable spaces for commercial and cultural purposes. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a. Acquisition of building land and buildings (in ownership or in building rights). b. Careful and ongoing maintenance of existing buildings. c. Construction of new buildings and replacement buildings, if existing buildings can no longer be renovated or adapted to new housing needs in an economically justifiable manner. d. Takeover and management of third-party properties based on usufruct, rental and lease agreements. The cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented. It is politically independent and denominationally neutral. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
