To provide social services and development and/or financial and material assistance to children and their families and communities in developing countries; to interest people of good will in the need for such an undertaking and to emphasize the role of humanitarian support that a person can play both for others and for all children; to promote adherence to international conventions concerning children and to support international conventions concerning children; to provide means for the use of funds, food, clothing and other goods, services and materials collected, received or acquired for the benefit of children, families and communities in developing countries; to solicit and accept monetary and in-kind contributions and to accept bequests, gifts and all other sums of money or goods made available through grants, trusts, donations, deeds of disposition, annuities, insurance policies, or otherwise, and to use and administer these sums of money or goods to pursue its social objectives.
