PolyReg Allg. Selbstregulierungs-Verein

PolyReg Allg. Selbstregulierungs-Verein is a self-regulatory organization (SRO) recognized under Article 24 of the Anti‑Money Laundering Act (GwG) that supervises financial intermediaries affiliated as association members under Art. 2(3) GwG. The association carries out statutory oversight in accordance with its regulations and supervision concept under FINMA oversight, and provides member services such as membership confirmations and authenticity checks, training courses, a public member search, sanctions lists and an adviser register.
