The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office, interior design and urban planning, research and design, particularly in the field of furniture design, the creation and distribution of objects of all kinds, the management of construction sites, even as a general contractor, real estate management, the purchase or sale of properties, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners (LFAIE) and all consulting and expert activities in these fields. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
