The association aims to provide brand-neutral knowledge transfer, consulting, and education, particularly in the field of species-appropriate and needs-based nutrition as a foundation for the health, prevention, and well-being of animals, particularly dogs and cats, as well as humans. Additionally, the purpose includes topics such as movement, bodywork, mental/cognitive and species-appropriate occupation, training, health competence, and other areas of holistic health promotion. The purpose includes, in particular, the provision of online courses, coaching, consulting, accompaniment, lectures, training, and education, the operation of a knowledge platform or institute, the organization and conduct of online and in-person events, workshops, and courses (e.g., cooking courses), as well as the creation, publication, and distribution of digital and physical learning and information content. The association may also develop, manufacture, distribute, or broker products, provided they serve the association's purpose. The association may establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, both domestically and abroad, acquire, manage, and dispose of real estate, and enter into any transactions and contracts that are suitable for promoting the association's purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
