The residential house with chapel and garage is to be made available free of charge to a sick or elderly priest. Only heating, electricity, water and cleaning costs are at his expense. Former or active members of the Lourdes pilgrimage committee who belong to the St. Gallen clergy are entitled to this housing benefit in the first place. The respective occupant of the apartment is obliged to celebrate or have celebrated two holy masses for the founders and benefactors of the foundation and the members of the Lourdes pilgrimage association every month. He is also expected to support the foundation financially to the best of his abilities through donations or bequests. The apartment is to be made available rent-free for the lifetime of the sister of the late Pastor Büchel, Miss Johanna Büchel, and Miss Dörig. If the apartment cannot be made available to a priest according to Art. 3 lit. a, older, health-impaired or financially needy pastoral workers can be supported on application by the management commission of the relief fund for pastoral workers in the Diocese of St. Gallen. In this case, the property mentioned in Art. 2 lit. a can also be sold, provided that a servitude is established to ensure the purpose of the foundation according to Art. 3 lit. c. The practically equipped storage room remains reserved for the Association of German-Swiss Lourdes Pilgrims free of charge for the storage and storage of their utensils and entire material such as blankets, pillows, medical supplies, cooking utensils, etc.
