In this case, the property mentioned in Art. 2 lit. a can also be sold, provided that a servitude is established to ensure the purpose of the foundation according to Art. 3 lit. c. The practically equipped storage room remains reserved for the Association of German-Swiss Lourdes Pilgrims free of charge for the storage and storage of their utensils and entire material such as blankets, pillows, medical supplies, cooking utensils, etc.
