The acquisition, management and administration of all participations, whether in Switzerland or abroad, in all companies and enterprises. The Company may acquire, operate, manage and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and undertake all legal acts that the purpose of the Company may imply or that are likely to promote its development or that of group companies. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect participation, its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation, whether through loans or other financing, and provide security of any kind for their commitments, including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
