Pro Patria Schweizerische Bundesfeierspende

The core activity of Pro Patria is the promotion and preservation of Switzerland's cultural heritage, particularly through the support of restorations and renovations of historic buildings, paths and bridges, as well as the maintenance and development of cultural traditions and intangible cultural heritage. This also includes the publication of stamps and other symbols, such as the 1st of August badge, which represent Switzerland's cultural diversity and identity.
