The company's purpose is to provide all services in the areas of management consulting, debt management and collection consulting, as well as trading in goods of all kinds. The company may conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, in particular acquire, dispose of, exploit or have exploited industrial, literary or artistic property rights, participate in other companies, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and encumber, manage, purchase and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which they are involved, whether through loans or other financing, or by providing security of any kind, whether against payment or not.
