The company aims to improve medical care by developing activities: consulting and expertise in the medical and pharmaceutical field; promotion, development and monitoring of medical and pharmaceutical studies; innovation, development of medical devices, biological tests or any other product, diagnostic or therapeutic method. Furthermore, it may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, hold and dispose of any real estate and do so in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and hold any participation therein.
