The acquisition, holding, administration, management, sale, in Switzerland and abroad, in the sense of a holding company, of all participations in all companies or enterprises, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It also aims to provide all services in the areas of (i) administration, including in particular the establishment of all management agreements, provision of services or others, as well as all communication, marketing or publishing operations, for the benefit of the group companies (ii) financial, and in particular centralized treasury management for the benefit of the group companies for the realization of operations falling within the scope of general and strategic assistance for the definition and implementation of a strategy, including external growth or disposal of activities, as well as the establishment and monitoring of previously defined action plans, (iv) accounting, legal, tax, IT, commercial, management or other. It may also carry out all industrial, commercial, financial, civil, movable or immovable operations, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all other advisory activities that may be directly or indirectly related to one of the above-mentioned objects or to all similar or related objects and which promote or facilitate its development. It may grant loans to its shareholders or to third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities, or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure any claim. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
