The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions (except those prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may, on a secondary basis, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable property that favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, process these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
