The company's purpose is the treatment and recycling of waste, in particular bagasse and other residues of all types of plants and incidentally plastics, with the aim of recovering clean energy and decontaminating the environment. The company also aims to carry out trading operations in all agricultural raw materials, energy products, industrial products, machinery and accessories and, more generally, all commercial operations of an international nature. It may acquire and manage participations in any other company. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
