The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) to purchase, sell and/or broker all energy products such as, without limitation, electricity, gas and renewable energies and all related services; (ii) to operate data centers, provide hosting services and distributed network validation services; to develop and provide solutions for data centers, prioritizing the use of low-carbon energy sources, heat reuse and environmentally sustainable practices; to develop, design and distribute high-performance computing hardware and software solutions, products and services; (iii) to perform audits and provide consulting services related to the optimization of operational and energy costs, energy efficiency measures, network load balancing and energy transition; (iv) to file, acquire, hold and sell patents or all intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses.
