The Company's purpose is to produce, market and develop dry extruded products based on vegetable proteins as meat substitutes for the Swiss market. The Company may, within the limits of the law: carry out all activities, business, financial or other operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and in any form or by any means, within the limits of Swiss law; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, with or without remuneration, to third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations.
