The purpose of the association is to promote the independent development and growth of the Pyth network, a network for the procurement, aggregation and distribution of high-fidelity, full-streaming market data on large blockchain networks. The association promotes coordination and facilitates communication, interaction and cooperation among all participants in the Pyth network, including data providers and users. Without limiting the foregoing, the association may: support and finance suitable research and development activities; promote public awareness of new technologies; issue, receive and hold digital assets and tokens; participate in and organize conferences, seminars and other events; and generally take all actions necessary, useful, required or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described herein. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore take all legal actions that may be brought about by the purpose of the association or that are suitable to promote its development or that of the Pyth network.
