The purpose of the Company is to make, on its own account, investments in the field of structured finance and financial markets, including, by way of example but not exhaustively, securitization transactions, asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized debt obligations (CDO), credit-linked notes, derivative products, complex instruments and trading activities on financial instruments, currencies, stocks, bonds, commodities and indices. The Company may also provide corporate advisory services. The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of interests in Swiss or foreign companies, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly connected with its purpose.
