The company's purpose is to engage in all real estate operations, both in Switzerland and abroad, such as the purchase, sale, holding, and construction of real estate properties, as well as all activities related to real estate investments, real estate development, or ancillary to these fields, including brokerage, management, and administration of real estate properties, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial and financial operations, whether movable or immovable, that are likely to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and/or to third parties, as well as stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and/or third parties, if this serves its interests.
