The purpose of the foundation is to provide occupational pension provision for the bank's employees, members of the bank's management and employees of companies economically or legally connected to the founder, as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The affiliation of a connected company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The foundation may also provide support services in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment.
