Raiffeisen Pensionskasse Genossenschaft

The Raiffeisen Pensionskasse Genossenschaft (hereinafter referred to as Raiffeisen Pensionskasse) aims to insure the employees of the Raiffeisen Group and the Raiffeisen Pensionskasse itself, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of disability, old age, and death. The term 'Raiffeisen Group' includes all Raiffeisen banks existing in Switzerland, Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft, and companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations of more than 50% of voting capital, as well as regional associations. To fulfill this purpose, the Raiffeisen Pensionskasse operates as a comprehensive pension fund, providing an occupational pension plan in accordance with the Federal Act on Occupational Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (hereinafter referred to as BVG) and providing at least the benefits prescribed by the BVG. It is registered in the register for occupational pension plans.
