The company may establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the company's purpose and directly and/or indirectly promote the company's purpose. The company may provide financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such shareholders are involved, whether through loans and/or other financing.
