The company's purpose is to operate a workshop for the repair of agricultural machinery; the import, export, purchase and sale of agricultural machines and spare parts; mowing, clearing and agricultural work; the transportation of goods; and the marketing of ideas or projects related to the aforementioned fields. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, movable or other operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose, directly or indirectly related to it.
