The company's purpose includes all activities related to drones, notably drone piloting, drone transport of equipment, drone rental, drone pilot training and rental, drone sales and importation, drone flight authorization rental, drone flight authorization creation and sales, drone maintenance, drone photo and thermal camera services, as well as all activities related to drones. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, make all movable, financial operations or services and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
