The company's objectives are: - to provide multi-technical services and service activities, in particular in the fields of information and communication technologies, electromobility technologies, electrical engineering, electrical engineering and electromechanics, mechanical engineering, climate and energy technology, as well as in the field of building, infrastructure and equipment management, and the trade in goods of all kinds; - to acquire, hold, manage, use and sell participations in all companies with their registered office mainly in Switzerland and, if necessary, abroad, as part of the SPIE international group, as well as to finance and establish such companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out all other commercial, financial or other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
