The company may also carry out any kind of financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable property transactions which are directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches in Switzerland or abroad; participate in companies which are directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans and guarantees to shareholders and third parties.
