The cooperative aims to promote and support viticulture through self-help, by taking over the number of bottles of wine set by the administration based on the production result, under favorable conditions, by the cooperative members. It seeks to achieve this goal, in particular, through: the planting of its own vineyards; the acquisition and lease of land suitable for viticulture or other agricultural products; the operation of a model winery and cellar; the management of private vineyards, provided that this better achieves the main purpose of the cooperative; the rational utilization of the products obtained; the fight against vine diseases; the organization of courses and excursions; the planting, purchase and utilization of other agricultural products (berries, cherries, etc.) under the condition that the cooperative member benefits from these products under favorable conditions.
