The association aims to operate and organize a center for psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatments (particularly in the field of transformative psychotherapy approaches), to support research projects (particularly university-accompanied) in the field of transformative psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the exploration of human consciousness for the purpose of basic research, as well as to train therapeutic expertise in the aforementioned fields. The association may establish branches and subsidiaries domestically and/or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or found them, or merge with them, and conduct all commercial, financial, or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the association's purpose. It may acquire, encumber, manage, and dispose of real estate and licenses, as well as acquire, exploit, and dispose of patents, trademarks, design rights, copyrights, and other industrial property rights in any form.
