The company's purpose is to provide advice, management, administration, promotion, brokerage, purchase, sale and, more generally, all investments and activities directly or indirectly related to the commercial real estate sector; it may also, excluding any real estate transaction that does not have an exclusively commercial purpose: acquire and manage participations in any other company; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, securities and real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose; grant loans and other forms of financing to other group companies, including direct or indirect shareholder companies of the company and companies directly or indirectly held by them; grant guarantees in favor of these same companies for all kinds of commitments, in particular in the form of sureties, guarantees, pledges or fiduciary assignments of the company's assets.
