The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale and promotion of all real estate, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring an interest in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
