The provision of services and personnel to companies and enterprises affiliated with or controlled directly or indirectly by the group to which it belongs, namely the Renault Group, as well as to other companies with which the Renault Group maintains business relationships. The Company may, in particular and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, take an interest in and, more generally, participate in all enterprises and entities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, excluding enterprises and entities holding residential real estate in Switzerland; carry out in Switzerland and abroad all financial, economic, commercial, movable and immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, assignments or transfers as security, pledges or guarantees on the Company's assets.
