The purpose of the company is to sustainably cover the need for moderately priced housing for people with modest incomes, as well as commercial spaces, taking into account the criteria of sustainable development, by: a) building and managing buildings, as well as all related operations; b) promoting real estate in all its forms, including the purchase, sale, and management of all properties, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. To achieve its purpose, the company may engage in all real estate transactions, including: acquisition, construction, management, administration, and sale of all properties, participation in all companies active in the real estate sector. In the future construction of buildings, particular care will be taken to offer high-quality housing adapted to the elderly and people with reduced mobility, to create sufficient and high-quality green spaces, and, as far as possible, to use materials with a low environmental and social impact. Attention will also be paid to the energy efficiency of the building and the use of renewable energy for heating and electricity during construction. The company carries out its activity in a non-profit manner, within the meaning of Art. 37 para. 1 let. b OLOG, and in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, let. a, of the Federal Act of June 27, 1973, on stamp duties.
