In Switzerland and abroad: the assembly and disassembly of event stands; all activities in the fields of carpentry, joinery, interior and exterior design and layout; the operation of a multi-service company, offering all types of services, particularly in the field of design, whether new or in the context of renovation. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), it being specified that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, they must have an exclusively commercial use, and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
