The acquisition, management, holding and sale of participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad, in particular in the veterinary field, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company also aims to provide, to companies held by it or to other companies, all advice and services in the field of research, selection, promotion, training, recruitment and provision of personnel, to provide advice in the field of computer science, to procure professional assistance in accounting, financial and administrative matters and to provide financial services, payroll management, agency work and subcontracting. Similarly, the company aims, in particular, to carry out outsourcing mandates in its fields of activity, as well as to finance the companies it holds. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
