The purpose of the company, in Switzerland and abroad, is to provide all services to businesses and individuals, particularly in the tourism sector, including, but not limited to, car rental, organization of tourist trips and stays, rental, brokerage in the sale and rental of tourist properties, boats, as well as the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, production and processing of all products directly or indirectly related to the services provided. To achieve this purpose, it may carry out all financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable operations, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose or of such a nature as to facilitate its achievement and extension. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other activities, conclude specific contracts for the development of its object, acquire and manage business assets.
