The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, all real estate transactions such as buying, selling, holding, managing and administering properties, as well as taking part in companies with a predominantly real estate focus, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, engage in any commercial and financial activity, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
