The company's purpose is to operate and develop: - a snow sports school section in winter, as well as all other related activities; - a high-altitude work and rigging section (suspension and lifting) as well as all specialized services in difficult access work and rigging. The company may in particular develop, operate and create sub-sections, a training center, buy and sell equipment and textiles, rent, repair and maintain equipment, provide services in the field of event technology and temporary and permanent installation, such as creation, planning, organization, consulting, training, control of personal protective equipment (PPE) and inspection of regional, national and international events. Furthermore, the company may engage in any other activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
