The purpose of the company is to trade in (crypto-) currencies, digital assets, securities and assets in general, as well as to provide related services. Activities requiring authorization by FINMA are excluded. The company may establish, participate in, manage, supervise and finance subsidiaries, group companies and third parties. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide collateral of any kind for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not. The company may also conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that directly or indirectly serve the company's purpose or are directly related to it.
