As an ancillary activity, the company's purpose is to carry out all commercial and financial operations, whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners), in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to take part in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may exercise its activity both in Switzerland and abroad.
