The company's purpose is to operate a construction, sales, rental and management company for yachts. It may participate in all securities, real estate, financial or commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, with or without remuneration, and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfer of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
